Rain, Rain, Go Away!
Don't you hate getting gusts of rain/snow in and around your loading dock? Dock levelers become slippery, products get damaged, overall leaving you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.. That's what this high-volume shipping facility was faced with as the cold weather began to hit.

WEATHER SEALS AND TRACK GUARDS | MATTRESS WAREHOUSE, MISSISSAUGA | CASE STUDY

Image
'Tis the season for cold drafts!

Challenge:
White light and cold drafts of air coming in and around the loading docks and doors. This impacted worker's efficiency, not to mention increased heating costs as the space needed to be heated more often.
Damaged door tracks also created inefficient use of some doors and docks as it was too difficult to open and close the doors.

Solution:
Our representative, Andrew, coordinated new perimeter weather seals along the doors and docks. Thus, creating a proper building seal, blocking out the drafts and potential critters.
Damaged sections of the track were also replaced with track guards to ensure the doors and docks continued to open and close properly.
